The delivery took place on 26 June 2026. This K-Alpha XPS from Thermo Fisher Scientific enables us to analyse the chemical composition, bonding states and oxidation states of the top few nanometres of a surface. We will use it to analyse the catalytic materials we have developed. However, it will take a few more weeks before the instrument is set up and ready for use. Good things take time.
