From October 7–9, 2025, the 33rd international conference “Terrae Rarae” (“33. Tage der Seltenen Erden”) was held at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. This renowned event brought together researchers from across the rare-earth science community to exchange ideas and present the latest developments in the field.
The conference was organized by the Collaborative Research Centre (CRC) “4f for Future” and funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation). The scientific program focused on the chemistry and physics of f-element compounds, providing a dynamic platform for interdisciplinary discussions and collaborations.
We contributed to the program with two presentations:
- A talk titled "NMR and Magnetic Studies of a Series of Heterobimetallic Rare Earth-Nickel Complexes" (Presenter: Pauline Lemp)
- A poster titled "Synthesis and Characterization of Rare Earth-Cobalt/Nickel Heterobimetallic Complexes" (Presenter: Christina Kallen)
