Lidón, born and raised in a small town in Spain, moved to England in 2017 to complete her Chemistry degree with intercalated master’s at the University of Warwick. During her Master’s year, she joined the group of Prof. Mike Ward which led her to discover the amazing world of photoswitchable supramolecular cages. In 2021, following her passion for metallo-organic cages and travelling, she moved to Bonn to start her PhD studies.
Outside the lab, Lidón enjoys swimming, travelling and dogs (although she is allergic to them).
