Tom Frömbgen and Katrin Drysch, PhD students in the group of Prof. Barbara Kirchner, recently attended the 10th Congress on Ionic Liquids (COIL) in Perth, Australia. Tom received an award for his poster on polarizable force fields for ionic liquid/graphite interfaces. The research presented on his poster was carried out during an internship with the group of Prof. Daniel Blankschtein at MIT in early 2024, and is now published in The Journal of Physical Chemistry B (https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.jpcb.5c02352).
