Sonja Papan, M.Sc.

Sonja, originally from Los Angeles, California, moved to Bonn in 2020, where she obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in chemistry. During her graduate studies in Bonn, her research focused on axially chiral frameworks for supramolecular assemblies. After completing her Master’s degree in 2025, she began her PhD, jointly supervised by Larissa von Krbek and Arne Lützen in Bonn, and Euan Kay and Douglas Philp in St Andrews, working on supramolecular and systems chemistry.
